Meet the Founder
Founded by Jeffery Hall Jr., Ovation was born out of a deep, personal understanding of the senior care industry.
Jeffery's journey began on the frontlines of senior living, working hands-on as a caregiver and later as an Activities Director. Day after day, he witnessed the profound impact that meaningful engagement, music, and social connection had on residents—not just on their mood, but on their overall well-being and cognitive health.
However, he also experienced the immense pressure placed on activity departments. Budgets were tight, resources were scarce, and the expectation to deliver spectacular, engaging events for residents and their families was constant.
Ovation was created to solve this problem.
By providing premium, turnkey entertainment experiences, Ovation empowers communities to host unforgettable events without the logistical stress, allowing staff to focus on what matters most: spending quality time with their residents.
