Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and booking services with Ovation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your requested date and time. The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon our team's arrival at the event venue, prior to the commencement of services.

Failure to provide the remaining balance upon arrival may result in the cancellation of services without a refund of the initial deposit.

3. Venue Requirements

The client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows for the selected entertainment package, including any space requirements, electrical needs, or specific rules regarding animals (if applicable). Ovation is not liable for services that cannot be rendered due to venue restrictions.

4. Liability

While Ovation takes all necessary safety precautions, the client agrees to hold Ovation harmless from any claims, damages, or injuries that may occur during the event, except in cases of gross negligence.
